This is a great item…. a lot of whiting farms dry fly feathers for fly tying. READ WHOLE LISTING BEFORE BUYING.   THE COLOR IS NATURAL FURNACE DYED PEACOCK (very neat coloring). These are all approx. 10-12″ in length.   In photo number 1, there are a lot more feathers shown than 25.  You will receive 25 of these feathers, not all that you see.  I was trying to show the coloring better with a bunch of them. You will receive a clump like in photo 2, which is the 25 feathers. The top side is a darker green, and some of them have a black line down the middle of the feather.  The underside of the feather is a lighter green or blue green color. Not all feathers will be the same color.  These are whiting farms high and dry feathers…so for fly tying…the sizes are usually between sizes of 10-16.  These are not individually sized…that just gives you a ball park.    Some feathers may have slight imperfections (not perfect feathers).  Some may have broken tips, etc.  This is a FANTASTIC way to get dry fly feathers at a super price.  When you are tying flies, the broken tips and the imperfections do not matter.     All you need to do is size them with the hackle gauge.   Email me with any questions before buying.    Stock up now!
